Working Principle:

The mainframe is drived by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill, The upper of axis is joining with the plum flower trellis ,there is a roll installment on the frame which can form the swing pivot, the mill device is not rotating around the central axle,but also around mill ring.there is a shovel system under the plum flower trellis,which its position is under the roll lower. The shovel and the roll throw the material into th e space between the rob and roll in the process of revoloving at the same time. then the filler is formed.the filler grind the material because of the effect of outward centrifugal force from roll revoling to satisfy the purpose of making powder.the powder id collected after the air current and the powder are separated.

Choosing powder machine do its function to the powder through velocity modulation electrical machinery impetus blade revolving on turntable. Qualified end product powder inspirate into cyclone collector with air current ,through blade. Unqualifiled powder are throwed into the outer wall by blade and are separated with the air. Coarse powder falls into rub room to regrind because of its own gravity function.wheb the air current with powder enters the collector it is a high speed revolving condition,after the separatation between the air and the powder, when the air current body wall contracte to the center  and move to the base of cone,it forms a air current column whuich revolveing to the upward.then the powder falls and is collected,.there is a locking dust epuipment under the collector. Its function is to isolate the outside barotropic gas and the collector negative pressure gas,or it will have a serious influence on the whole output.

Advantage:

The diameters of each part of rollers and rings are different, the upper part is big and the lower part is small, then they formed a trapezium form. This form can reduce materials’ sliding speed downwards and prolong the grinding time for materials, thus the grinding efficiency is increased.; the pressing springs have the functions of balancing and pressure increasing; the flexible connection can make the mill stable, decrease the shocking and avoid sympathetic vibration; high density powder separator impeller decreases the air resistance and increases powder collecting fineness and capacity; the efficiency of energy saving and high efficient centrifugal blower is as high as 83%.
